1. General Overview

By accessing and using the GoPuneCab ("VIP Cab Service") website and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our primary service involves providing outstation and airport taxi services across Maharashtra and neighboring regions.

2. Booking and Fares

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. The fares displayed on our platform or quoted by our dispatch desk are comprehensive and usually include tolls and taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any deviations from the chosen route at the passenger's request may incur additional per-kilometer charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

We operate on a transparent Zero Cancellation Fee policy if canceled up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a nominal fee to compensate our drivers for their time and fuel.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle interior by the passenger will result in cleaning or repair fees. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual posing a threat to the safety of our drivers.

5. Liability

While we strive to ensure absolute punctuality and safety, GoPuneCab is not liable for delays caused by severe weather, unexpected traffic congestions, or vehicle breakdowns. We will, however, make every effort to provide a backup vehicle in case of mechanical failures.
